Keep Britain Tidy National Campaign
Clever Bins have launched a research campaign with the Keep Britain Tidy Organisation giving a paramount opportunity for local authorities keen to trial the new and innovative solution to littering.
Local authorities can apply to become a partner in the innovative study, which could bring marked improvements to the street scene environment.
As part of the study Clever Bins will be providing the Local authorities 15 solar powered, street litter bins, each of which will be installed free of charge in areas of high footfall.
Over a three-month period, Keep Britain Tidy will conduct market research in the local authority area to assess the impact of the bins on littering and bin use. To assist with the research, local authority partners will be required to carry out on the ground monitoring at three stages during the trial to help assess whether the high visibility bins have changed littering behavior.
